For a sustainable fashion
Our engagements
We manufacture fabric for ready-to-wear and are fully aware of the impact that our activity can have on the ecosystem, which has become fragile. This is why we take our share of responsibility by moving our production towards ecological processes.
No overproduction
For us, the 1st ecological act is common sense and consists in producing only what we need, no more. This is why we produce on demand the necessary quantity defined by our customers.
A label that protects you
Our production is labeled OEKO TEX 100, which means that our jacquard fabrics are tested to guarantee the absence of substances harmful to human health. The tests are carried out by independent OEKO-TEX® partner institutes. Many regulated and unregulated substances are considered. The values defined for the STANDARD 100 go beyond national and international requirements. The catalog of criteria is updated at least once a year and supplemented with new scientific knowledge or legal requirements.
Virtuous yarns
We have initiated the transition to ecological raw materials. We offer jacquard fabrics in organic cotton, recycled cotton, recycled polyester or wool.
Heat recovery
The heat generated by the weaving loom compressors is recovered to heat the premises of the production site. It is also returned in machines that require heating.
Air treatment
Air treatment has positive impacts on several levels. Indeed, the working environment of our teams is improved with better quality of the air breathed. It also has a significant contribution to the quality of our fabrics. Finally, the device put in place allows us to save 50% of electricity consumption compared to our previous installation.
Fabric recycling
Selvages and scraps of fabric are compacted into bales and used for different purposes such as making moving blankets or insulation stuffing.
Cardboard recycling
The cardboard, which we receive daily, comes from deliveries of materials, yarn cones... They are sorted, selected and compressed to be recovered.
